We are currently seeking a сreative professional who will focus on digital marketing, creating and running digital marketing email and ad campaigns on social media and search marketing (LI, Google, etc.), measuring and optimizing them.
Responsibilities
Enhancing website speed and performance for a seamless user experience. Implementing responsive design for mobile optimization;
Developing and executing A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates, as well as analyzing user behavior using tools like heatmaps and session replays;
Overseeing the creation and distribution of engaging, SEO-friendly content. Managing a content calendar for consistent fresh content;
Monitoring website traffic and user behavior with analytics tools, creating and presenting regular performance reports to stakeholders;
Ensuring an intuitive site structure and navigation, collecting and acting on user feedback to enhance website usability;
Designing and optimizing landing pages for lead generation and conversion. Tracking the performance of various landing pages and making data-driven improvements;
Coordinating with other digital channels to ensure a cohesive message and user journey, as well as managing online promotions and campaigns to drive traffic and conversions;
Overseeing the budget for website channel projects and initiatives. Ensuring a positive ROI through cost-effective strategies and efficient resource allocation;
Implementing and managing web analytics and optimization tools. Also Staying updated with the latest technologies and best practices in web management and SEO;
Creating and running campaigns on email, social media (LinkedIn), and search engines (Google);
Monitoring campaigns to ensure they stay on budget and adjusting for maximum ROI;
Using analytics tools to measure campaign success;
Using data to make campaign improvements and sharing insights with the team;
Working with other departments to create a unified marketing strategy;
Keeping up with digital marketing trends to keep strategies fresh and effective.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing;
Proven experience in running digital marketing campaigns, with a solid grasp of the mechanics involved in building, running, and optimizing such campaigns;
Proficient in using digital analytics tools to extract actionable insights;
Strong budget management skills with a knack for resource optimization;
Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
