Human Resources professionals and managers rely on our customer’s company to help them solve workforce challenges at both the individual and organizational levels.

We are hiring a team for long-term cooperation to create an app from scratch that would provide HR (and managers) with direct contact with consultants 24/7, and further support of the project.

Responsibilities

  • Join a team of experienced professionals in the development and testing of advanced software applications;
  • Test key functionality, setup and verify data, and report test results to the manager;
  • Manage defects discovered during testing;
  • Analyze business requirements and addresses requirements that are missing, unclear, inconsistent or may lead to potential defects within the application and or processes;
  • Be a champion for high quality software products and identify opportunities for improving QA strategies and results;
  • Accurately assess risk level of code changes, and calibrate the testing approach as needed;
  • Demonstrate a love for problem solving, finding the tough bugs, and proving out applications.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as manual QA Engineer;
  • Strong understanding of QA process;
  • Experience in Web and Mobile testing (Android / iOS);
  • Experience with API, Postman, Browser DevTools;
  • Experience and deep awareness in functional testing;
  • Knowledge of methods and types of testing;
  • Experience in Agile software development, task management, and tracking tools;
  • Good estimation skills;
  • Experience in managing test documentation;
  • Be well self-organized;
  • Intermediate in spoken and written English.
