Our client is a fast-growing technology company built by an industry team looking to reduce the commodity trading revolution. The company launched an online platform that gathers merchants for direct, large, and transparent trading in affordable goods.

Our client advances the trade of base metal raw materials and secondary products using technology and analytics. Customers get benefits from reaching sellers and buyers of the base metals commodities on a global scale. 

The client is based in Switzerland, operates worldwide, and has offices in Latin America, Asia, and Europe. 

We are looking for a star candidate to join the team as a Back End Developer.


  • Help architect and develop the industry-leading SAS product;
  • Take ownership of tasks and user stories from development to post-deployment;
  • Identify blockers and assist colleagues in testing and deploying code to production;
  • Adhere to development and deployment best practices;
  • Create and maintain technical documentation on development processes and code;
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and execute in an Agile manner;
  • Collaborate on new ideas and functionality for the product.


  • 5+ years of PHP web application software engineering experience;
  • Strong knowledge and commercial experience of Symfony 4 and higher;
  • Understanding of OOP principles;
  • Using and understanding of design patterns;
  • Knowledge of SQL;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Superb written and verbal communication;
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, ExtJs, React is a plus.
