Our client is an early-stage startup, officially launched in Q2 2024, with a mission to transform the job search experience. They aim to help individuals achieve personal and professional fulfillment by leveraging artificial intelligence, psychometric science, and proprietary workforce data. Unlike traditional recruiting methods, which often fail to capture a candidate's full potential, this platform focuses on personality-based job matching. By uncovering unique talents, traits, and capabilities, they create opportunities for both job seekers and employers to unlock greater value and build purpose-driven career paths.
We are now seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the team and lead the core job search experience, enabling users to find roles, generate tailored resumes, and apply seamlessly in one flow. The role covers the full product lifecycle — from strategy and data validation to collaboration with design, engineering, and marketing, ensuring fast iteration based on user feedback.

A background in AI workflows (LLMs, matching or recommendation models) is a strong plus, as the position sits at the intersection of personalization and AI-driven creation. The ideal candidate is user-focused, data-informed, and thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product vision and roadmap for the job search and application journey;
  • Drive a hypothesis-led, data-informed product process — from one-pagers to prototypes to full build;
  • Rapidly prototype (Lovable, Replit, etc.) to validate user experience before investing in design or engineering;
  • Translate validated concepts into clear requirements, specs, and well-scoped Jira tickets;
  • Work 2–4 sprints ahead to keep engineering unblocked and aligned;
  • Partner with marketing on GTM, release planning, and adoption strategy;
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and lead decision-making discussions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, delivering consumer-facing products in dynamic, cross-functional environments;
  • Strong understanding of consumer product strategies and business models, including monetization, viral loops, and organic growth;
  • Ability to prototype quickly using tools like Loveable, Replit, or similar platforms to test user experiences and hypotheses;
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with engineering teams, understanding trade-offs and implementation details;
  • Experience or familiarity with LLM workflows, matching algorithms, or personalization systems is a strong plus;
  • Outcome-oriented mindset with the ability to identify when to iterate, scale, or discontinue initiatives;
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to bring clarity to complex ideas;
  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment;
  • High accountability, ownership, and attention to detail in execution;
  • Collaborative, curious, and resilient approach, with a passion for building from 0 to 1;
  • Advanced English, both verbal and written.
