We are currently looking for an AI/ML Engineer to help design, build, and scale intelligent systems at the core of our product. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and productionize machine learning models, optimize performance, and deliver smart, data-driven features. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product and data teams to design, implement, and improve machine learning models based on business needs;
  • Tune and optimize AI models to align performance with user experience goals;
  • Translate functional requirements from product stakeholders into scalable ML solutions;
  • Work with senior data scientists to productionize ML prototypes;
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to model deployment, monitoring, and performance enhancements;
  • Build and maintain NLP systems, including semantic analysis and similarity matching;
  • Develop batch workflows for large-scale data processing in NLP pipelines;
  • Fine-tune and distill LLMs for specific tasks and deploy efficient model variants.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer;
  • Proficiency in Python for ML and automation tasks;
  • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their API integrations;
  • Solid understanding of embedding models, text processing, and semantic search techniques;
  • Practical experience with model finetuning, prompt engineering, and distillation methods;
  • Working knowledge of statistical methods, including hypothesis testing, regression, and classification;
  • Familiarity with model deployment practices and performance monitoring;
  • Experience using AWS and basic database management skills;
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional environments;
  • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Bonus points for

  • Working knowledge of Ruby;
  • Previous experience with model deployment workflows in production environments;
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate in agile teams;
  • Experience building tools that leverage LLMs for end-user applications.
