Our application process

STEP 1

Submit your application

The job posting will indicate how you can submit your application. If there is an application, please complete the required fields and attach your CV as a pdf file. If you are applying by email, please indicate your name and the job title you are applying for in the subject line, and attach your CV.

STEP 2

Interview process

Depending on the specifics of each position and project, we may conduct several interviews. Usually, our interview process includes an HR interview, a technical interview and a final interview with a client.

STEP 3

Decision and a job offer

Once a client makes a decision, the hiring manager gets back to you with feedback. In case of positive feedback, we make an informal verbal offer. Then we prepare an official offer that includes all the details of the job, monthly rate and benefits.

STEP 4

Onboarding

Your first day includes a quick call with our HR and one more with the client, studying technical documentation and diving into the project.
