Our client is a Florida-based HVAC company specializing in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services. We are now looking for a Project Manager Assistant to join the team and support operational and administrative processes.
This is a remote, part-time position, ideal for someone who is highly organized, resourceful, goal-oriented, and committed to solving tasks independently, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance. You will play a key role in managing documentation, communicating with city offices, opening permits, supporting licensing processes, and assisting with phone and email correspondence.
While prior experience in the HVAC industry is a plus, training on industry-specific processes can be provided.
