Our client is a US-based health and wellness product company focused on improving digestive health through specialized supplements and educational resources. They utilize a data-driven, mobile-first marketing strategy to reach a global audience. The team is small and agile, looking for a creative professional who can take ownership of video performance and help modernize the brand's visual presence.

They are looking for a full-time Content Manager to take full ownership of the brand's content presence. Your primary mission is to manage the end-to-end content lifecycle—from independent writing to technical placement on web and social platforms. This is a remote role reporting directly to the Marketing Director.

Responsibilities

  • Write and generate high-volume copy for up to 10 landing pages, blog articles, and social media posts monthly, utilizing AI tools for efficiency;
  • Manage and upload content directly using the Shopify admin panel and marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.);
  • Handle Meta and TikTok account management, including shop functionality;
  • Develop structured outlines for product pages and long-form content designed to drive user conversions;
  • Create detailed creative briefs for designers to guide the development of visual assets;
  • Produce social media content, including scripts for short-form videos (15-second Reels) and Instagram Stories;
  • Coordinate daily with the marketing team to align content with broader promotional goals;
  • Apply basic SEO principles to all written assets in coordination with the SEO specialist.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing;
  • Strong copywriting skills in American English;
  • Proven experience with the Shopify admin panel;
  • Knowledge of Meta and TikTok content management and shop functionality;
  • Ability to structure long-form content and website outlines for conversion optimization;
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals;
  • Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and ads managers;
  • Strong self-management skills and the ability to ensure content quality and timely delivery;
  • Advanced English, both verbal and written.

Bonus points for

  • Previous experience in the health, wellness, or supplements niche;
  • Direct experience with marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.
