We are looking for a data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Lead Generation Manager to continuously improve website performance and digital conversion funnels.This role will focus on optimizing the website user journey, increasing lead generation,and improving conversion rates through structured experimentation and analysis.You will work closely with marketing, design, and product marketing teams to identifyfriction points, implement improvements, and ensure the website consistently convertsvisitors into qualified leads and pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the website conversion funnel, from first visit to lead submission;
  • Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve the website userjourney and conversion paths;
  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, forms,CTAs, layouts;
  • Monitor and report on key website and funnel performance metrics, including:
    • Visitor-to-lead conversion rate;
    • Key page conversion rates;
    • Bounce rate and engagement metrics;
    • Traffic source performance;
    • Lead quality and funnel progression;
  • Build dashboards and regular reports to provide visibility into website and campaign performance;
  • Ensure proper tracking, tagging, and analytics setup across the website;
  • Continuously research and implement CRO best practices, tools, and experimentation frameworks.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in conversion rate optimization, growth marketing, ordigital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS;
  • Proven track record of improving website conversion rates and lead generationperformance;
  • Hands-on experience running A/B tests and using experimentation tools;
  • Strong experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker Studio,or similar);
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights;
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and landing page builders;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and marketingstakeholders;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).

Bonus points for

  • Familiarity with outbound and email outreach tools (like Apollo, Salesloft, Outreach);
  • Familiarity with content marketing and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush);
  • Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.);
  • Hands-on experience or education in AIO and optimizing for LLMs;
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or email template customization;
  • Experience supporting sales enablement or revops activities;
  • Project management skills.
