Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of graphic design projects in alignment with the marketing plan and business objectives;
  • Create a wide range of assets, including marketing collateral, email campaigns, ads, landing pages, presentations, and social media visuals;
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop ideas and execute creative concepts;
  • Apply design thinking and creative storytelling to produce compelling, visually engaging content;
  • Ensure consistent use of branding guidelines across all materials;
  • Deliver high-quality, customer-facing design work within deadlines;
  • Contribute to refining design workflows and processes to improve efficiency;
  • Stay current with design trends and industry best practices;
  • Provide feedback and contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design;
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint, and related design software;
  • Knowledge of digital design best practices for ads, email, and landing pages;
  • Ability to design for multiple platforms and formats (static, gif, motion graphics);
  • Basic understanding of interactive design and digital content production;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • Intermediate English level or higher.

Bonus points for

  • Familiarity with WordPress or web content management systems;
  • Exposure to UI/UX principles.
