They are looking for a talented Performance Marketing Lead to join the team, head the department, and set up processes to take their mobile games to the next level!

Responsibilities

  • Lead the performance marketing department and establish internal processes;
  • Plan, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns for mobile games on platforms like Google Ads, App Store Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.;
  • Leverage tools such as AppsFlyer and Firebase to analyze mobile app performance and campaign results;
  • Research and identify audience segments and relevant keywords for targeted campaigns;
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs, including CPI, ROI, and ROAS;
  • Experiment with new strategies, test hypotheses, and explore innovative advertising approaches.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on mobile applications;
  • Proven experience in a leadership role or desire to be heading the department, with the ability to build and scale processes;
  • Strong experience in advertising for mobile games is mandatory (gray niches will not be considered);
  • Experience in contextual advertising, specifically tailored to mobile apps;
  • Proven track record in targeting mobile applications to drive installs and retention;
  • Demonstrated success in performance marketing focused on increasing user installs and maximizing retention for mobile gaming apps;
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize ad campaigns based on data-driven insights.
