We are looking for a talented Performance Marketing Specialist to join the team and take their mobile games to the next level! If you have a deep understanding of mobile app promotion and expertise in running effective ad campaigns across various platforms, we’d be excited to see what you can bring to the table.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns for mobile games on platforms like Google Ads, App Store Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.;
  • Leverage tools such as AppsFlyer and Firebase to analyze mobile app performance and campaign results;
  • Research and identify audience segments and relevant keywords for targeted campaigns;
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs, including CPI, ROI, and ROAS;
  • Experiment with new strategies, test hypotheses and explore innovative advertising approaches.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on mobile applications;
  • Experience in contextual advertising;
  • Experience in targeting mobile applications;
  • Performance marketing experience with a focus on increasing user installs and retention;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize ad campaigns for performance.
