We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to join our team and own full-cycle, relationship-driven sales for the US market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term partnerships rather than chasing one-off deals.
You will work with IT startups and fast-growing tech companies across the US, helping them scale their teams through recruiting and staff augmentation services. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with full ownership of the sales process — from first outreach to long-term client relationships.
