Our client is a fast-growing global organization with a mission to become a worldwide leader in engineering and technical consulting. Their marketing team drives brand storytelling across diverse international markets, ensuring consistent, creative, and impactful communications. They are looking for a Sales Research Specialist to join their global marketing team.

These specialists will work closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Offering Marketing Leaders to research target audiences, identify decision-makers, and provide valuable insights that fuel sales outreach. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated professionals with strong analytical and research skills who are eager to boost their careers while contributing to global business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Find and qualify companies that match the target profile;
  • Identify the right decision-makers and gather their contact details;
  • Summarize insights to help BDMs personalize outreach;
  • Build expertise across various industry segments;
  • Help create and execute marketing campaigns;
  • Collaborate with Offering Marketing Leaders to understand the target audience and align research efforts;
  • Ensure accuracy and quality in data collection and reporting;

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant professional experience, or strong motivation and research skills as an entry-level candidate after higher education;
  • Required experience with: Excel / Google Sheets, LinkedIn, Generative AI tools like Perplexity, Gemini, and ChatGPT;
  • Skilled at researching and searching for information;
  • Quick learner, always hungry for more knowledge;
  • Intensely detailed and data-driven;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment;
  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.

Bonus points for

  • Experience with: ZoomInfo or 6Sense, CoStar.
