Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases;
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive keyword strategy aligned with business objectives;
  • Optimize website content, meta descriptions, and title tags to improve search engine rankings;
  • Optimize website content for search engines and users;
  • Ensure website content is well-structured, informative, and engaging (joint responsibility together with the Conversion Rate Optimization manager, a peer on the Digital Marketing team);
  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues such as broken links, slow page load times, and mobile optimization problems;
  • Implement technical SEO best practices, including effective link-building strategies and high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites to improve domain authority;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates;
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console to track website performance and identify areas for improvement;
  • Monitor key metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates;
  • Generate quarterly reports on SEO performance, assess successes and shortcomings, and provide actionable insights with a continuous improvement approach.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on SEO work experience in a technology B2B context;
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO concepts and proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console;
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English, both written and verbal.
